Account scope remains explicit

Spot, unified and trading accounts are provider-specific concepts. ChainsFlow documents the supported scope for each exchange instead of silently adding unrelated wallets or products.

One failed exchange does not erase the portfolio

A provider error belongs to its connection. Other accounts remain usable, and the affected connection reports the synchronization problem so the user can inspect permissions or availability.
