Supported account scope

Binance is read from its Spot account; Bybit is read from its Unified Account. The distinction matters because assets held in unrelated products are not guaranteed to appear in either portfolio total.

Credential setup

Binance uses API key and secret. Bybit uses API key and secret. In both cases the credential should be dedicated to portfolio tracking and limited to the minimum account-reading permissions.

Normalization differences

The Binance connector handles straightforward non-zero Spot balances, while the Bybit connector handles unified wallet balance details. Both outputs become the same normalized asset-position model before aggregation.

Using both together

A multi-exchange view is most useful when connection identity remains visible. ChainsFlow keeps per-exchange synchronization state and does not hide a provider error behind an apparently complete combined total.
